- Extra energy is especially useful when using the Shield Pack or the Heavy Shield Pack. Either of the ultra capacitor perks can aid the player by giving them additional energy to tank damage.
- If no other secondary perks fit one's play style, ultra capacitor II is always a good alternative. Extra energy is useful for every class, play style, and situation.
