Perks
From Tribes Ascend Wiki
Each class has a primary and secondary perk slot. Perks can be unlocked from any class, and are usable with any class. All but the starting perks, Ultra Capacitor II, and Lightweight can be upgraded 3 times.

New players are given the Ultra Capacitor I and Determination perks for free while all other perks cost 160 Tribes Gold or 9,000 XP to unlock. Mastery: 7,500 XP
