The Heavy Sticky Grenade is an unlockable belt item for the Brute class. Although less effective against players and generators than the Infiltrator's sticky grenades, this weapon can still be exceptionally deadly in the hands of an experienced Brute. Unlike most grenades, the heavy sticky does average damage to players but very high damage to base assets and will stick where it is thrown; on surfaces, players and vehicles.

- Upgrade 1: +1 ammo.
- Upgrade 2: +10% radius.
- Upgrade 3: +20% damage vs armored targets.

- The heavy Sticky Grenades do extreme damage to armored targets, needing only two stuck to a Beowulf to destroy it (assuming it is not under the effects of perks that increase health or protection).
